Position:- Design Engineer

Location:- Gurugram (Haryana)

Experience:- 5-6 years

Immediate Joining or ( within 1 month )

Key Responsibilities

  • Create 3D surface models of automotive/plastic components using CATIA.
  • Perform A surface verification to ensure accuracy, smoothness, and design intent.
  • Apply basic knowledge of injection, blow, other types molding technique in component design.
  • Propose and implement solutions/corrective actions in design to minimize the manufacturing & assembly defects.
  • Collaborate with tooling, manufacturing, and quality teams for DFM/DFA improvements.
  • Maintain design documentation and ensure adherence to project timelines and standards.
  • Proficiency in CATIA (Surface Modelling, Assembly, Part Design, Drafting modules).
  • Good knowledge of A-class & B-surface generation techniques.
  • Good understanding of injection molding processes and tooling basics.
  • Awareness of molding defects and curing techniques.

Qualifications:

Diploma or B. Tech, or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹55,000.00 per month
