Job Description
- Manage and optimize the performance of assigned property portfolios.
- Support the development and implementation of asset management strategies.
- Conduct financial analysis and prepare detailed reports on asset performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for budgeting and forecasting.
- Leading value creation projects across various portfolio companies
- Managing key relationships with portfolio companies
- Monitor market trends and provide insights for investment decisions.
- Engage with stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and address queries.
- Identify opportunities for value enhancement and operational efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Associate - Asset Management should have:
- A degree in finance, real estate, or a related field.
- Proven knowledge of property and asset management within the real estate sector.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ready to work in USA timings
