HR Team lead.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

�� Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Handle end-to-end recruitment for academic and non-academic roles across Maharashtra.

Coordinate interviews, induction processes.

Build and maintain a strong talent for future requirements.

�� Employee Engagement & Retention

Plan and conduct employee engagement activities across branches.

Address grievances and ensure a healthy and motivating work culture.

Support performance management and feedback processes.

�� Compliance & Policy Implementation

Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.).

Implement HR policies and maintain discipline across branches.

Liaise with authorities for labor compliance within Maharashtra.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management or equivalent

3–4 years of HR experience (generalist or HRBP preferred).

Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and statutory compliance.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.

Experience managing HR operations across Maharashtra preferred.
