We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Architect to join our creative team at Next Wall, specializing exclusively in residential design. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in planning, layouts, and elevations, along with proven experience in handling end-to-end residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architectural design process for residential projects, from concept to execution.

  • Develop and review planning layouts, working drawings, and elevation designs.

  • Work closely with clients to interpret their vision into functional and aesthetic solutions.

  • Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure design integrity during execution.

  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to design quality across projects.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B. Arch) or equivalent qualification.

  • 4–5 years of professional experience in residential architecture.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and related architectural software.

  • Strong expertise in space planning, layouts, and elevation planning.

  • Excellent problem-solving and client communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines.

  • Ensure compliance with building regulations, codes, and project standards.

  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to design quality across projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹75,000.00 per month
