Role Overview

The Mother Teacher will be the nurturing mentor, guide, and caregiver for children in the foundational years. This role is central to the schools philosophy of providing children with a secure, affectionate, and holistic environment where curiosity, compassion, and learning thrive.Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Act as the single point of contact for young learners, blending the role of teacher, mentor, and caregiver.

Conduct daily classes with an experiential and engaging approach to learning.

Foster emotional intelligence, compassion, and critical thinking in students.

Introduce children to Vedic stories, values, agricultural awareness, and mindful practices.

Monitor each childs progress academically, socially, and emotionally.

Build strong relationships with parents, ensuring collaborative support for each childs development.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate in Early Childhood Education/Elementary Education with ECCE or NTT (mandatory).

2-4 years of teaching experience in primary/pre-primary schooling.

Warm, empathetic, and patient with children.

Strong classroom management and communication skills.

Passion for shaping children into balanced, value-driven, and confident learners.
