We are looking for a Creative Lead who can take charge of AIHP's design and video storytelling. The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of video editing, graphic design, and creative direction, and will lead the production of high-impact visuals for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand collaterals.

Role & Responsibilities :

  • Video Editing
  • Edit short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn clips) with strong storytelling and trend alignment.
  • Produce long-form content such as testimonials, podcasts, corporate walkthroughs, and campaign videos.
  • Add motion graphics, transitions, and effects using Adobe After Effects for professional polish.
  • Graphic Design
  • Create high-quality creatives for campaigns, ads, carousels, and brand collaterals.
  • Collaborate with the social media and marketing team to visualize and execute campaign ideas.
  • Maintain AIHP's design aesthetic while experimenting with new creative directions.
  • Creative Leadership
  • Lead the design pipeline from concept to delivery for social and digital platforms.
  • Stay updated on content, design, and video trends to keep AIHP's brand presence fresh and engaging.
  • Mentor interns/junior creatives when required.
  • Innovation & AI Tools
  • Experiment with AI-based creative tools like Veo, Mid journey, Runway, etc. for image/video generation.
  • Propose innovative visual solutions using cutting-edge technologies.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of experience in video editing and graphic design (agency experience strongly preferred).
  • Proficiency in:
  • Adobe Premiere Pro (video editing)
  • Adobe After Effects (motion graphics)
  • Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (design)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video formats and design styles.
  • Ability to balance creativity with deadlines and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong eye for detail, storytelling, and brand consistency.

Good to Have

  • Experience with AI image & video generation tools (e.g., Veo, Midjourney).
  • Basic knowledge of sound design & color grading.
  • Understanding of marketing campaigns and social media trends.
