Role Overview

The Surveyor will conduct market surveys, customer demand analysis, and competitor research to help the company design better domestic and international tour packages. The role involves interacting with customers, collecting data, visiting local markets, and preparing detailed reports.

1. Demand Survey & Data Collection

  • Conduct surveys with customers (online/offline) to understand travel preferences.
  • Collect data on popular destinations, budgets, package types, and travel seasons.
  • Identify customer expectations for domestic and international tours.

2. Market Analysis

  • Research latest trends in travel and tourism.
  • Analyze competitor packages, pricing, and offers.
  • Identify new and high-demand destinations.

  • Friendly and positive attitude while interacting with customers.
  • Willingness to travel for field surveys if needed.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
