Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Process Analysis & Design

2. Engage with manufacturing, operations, quality, and engineering teams to understand existing workflows and identify areas for improvement.

3. Document "as-is" and "to-be" processes using tools such as BPMN, Visio, or Lucidchart.
4. Translate business goals into functional and technical requirements for system solutions (ERP, MES, LIMS, QMS, etc.).

5. Ensure processes align with regulatory standards and Entegris's global operating model.

6. Systems Integration & Enhancement

7. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT development teams to design or enhance system functionality.

8. Define functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for software enhancements.
9. Support implementation, configuration, and testing of ERP/MES/QMS modules (e.g., SAP QM, SAP PP, or similar platforms).

10. Manage system change requests and ensure alignment with global templates and compliance frameworks.

11. Quality & Compliance Alignment

12. Ensure systems meet internal and external compliance standards (e.g., ISO, GMP, EHS).

13. Work closely with Quality Assurance teams to embed audit trails, data validation rules, and approval workflows into systems.

14. Participate in validation and qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) for manufacturing systems.

15. Testing & User Acceptance

16. Develop and execute test plans and test scripts to validate that system solutions meet business requirements.

17. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with cross-functional teams.

18. Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and coordinate fixes or workarounds.

19. Continuous Improvement & Reporting

20. Monitor system performance and user feedback to recommend ongoing enhancements.

21. Collaborate on data analytics initiatives for manufacturing KPIs (yield, scrap, throughput, quality metrics).
22. Support training documentation and user enablement to ensure smooth adoption of new tools or processes.

Job Requirement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Business System Analyst in a manufacturing or quality systems environment.
• Experience with ERP (SAP preferred), MES, QMS, or LIMS applications.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, quality processes, and process control principles.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering, process mapping, testing, and system validation.
• Exposure to regulatory / compliance environments (ISO, GMP, EHS).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical functions.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP certification in PP/QM/MM modules or equivalent experience.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and SQL for analytics.
• Familiarity with automation tools (RPA, workflow systems) and change management methodologies.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or similar continuous improvement certification.
• Prior experience in semiconductor, chemical, or high-tech manufacturing industry.
