Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through leads and client visits
  • Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions
  • Prepare technical proposals, quotations, BOQs, and tenders
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients
  • Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams for feasibility and costing
  • Negotiate commercial and technical terms with customers
  • Follow up on inquiries, orders, and payment collection
  • Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and forecasts
  • Participate in exhibitions, meetings, and market development activities

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong technical understanding of products and applications
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and standards
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Commercial awareness and negotiation ability
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and ERP/CRM systems

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in manufacturing / EPC / infrastructure / power / steel / pole industry
  • Exposure to government tenders, DISCOMs, PSUs, and private clients
  • Knowledge of IS standards and tender documentation

Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification: B.Tech / BE (Mechanical / Engineer / Production)
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in technical sales or related role
