Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct inspections, detailed diagnosis, and assessments of prospects passed on by the sales team (CSE) as per company norms.
  • Identify problems on-site and propose solutions aligned with customer requirements and budgets.
  • Share relevant data and insights with the CSE for preparing the best possible client proposals.
  • Accompany the CSE in final discussions with prospects to bridge the gap between promised deliverables and execution, ensuring successful client conversions.

Execution Responsibilities

  • Review project plans received from the CSE and make necessary arrangements for execution.
  • Supervise and guide crew members, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted project execution as per plan, reducing variance between planned vs. actual delivery within a 20% confidence interval.
  • Provide regular reports to stakeholders, including daily site reports, material consumption updates, site closure/audit reports to the CSE, and daily updates to clients.
  • Share relevant project execution data with management or data analysts for cost optimization and process improvements.
