Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Intern at MakerStrive Engineering Pvt Ltd, based in Pune. This full-time internship offers a fantastic opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing within the engineering industry. The intern will support key marketing strategies and sales initiatives to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing innovative marketing campaigns aimed at promoting engineering services to target audiences.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify new opportunities, competitive threats, and emerging trends within the industry.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, work on lead generation, and support critical marketing initiatives.
  • Engage with clients professionally to gather requirements, provide solutions, and strengthen customer relationships effectively.
  • Participate in the creation and maintenance of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and digital content.
  • Support the preparation of analytics reports to track marketing performance and suggest improvements for future campaigns.
  • Work with engineering teams to comprehend technical aspects of services and communicate them to clients persuasively.
