						Job Description:
We are looking for a Territory Manager – Sales in Panagarh. The role involves managing sales activities in the assigned territory, driving revenue growth, and building a strong customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans for the assigned territory.
 - Generate new business through field sales and customer acquisition.
 - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
 - Monitor territory performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.
 - Provide regular market insights and competitor analysis.
 
Requirements
- Graduation mandatory.
 - 1–3 years of experience in field sales/marketing (BFSI preferred).
 - Strong communication and negotiation skills.
 - Ability to manage territory sales independently.
 
CTC: Up to ₹3.15 LPA
