The Project Management Intern will be reporting to the Chief of Staff, supporting the execution of FireCompass's strategic initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn how to successfully execute complex projects with various senior-level stakeholders both inside and outside the company.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Project Coordination & Follow-Up: Support the Chief of Staff in ensuring ongoing projects across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams stay on track.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Help gather updates, remove blockers, and facilitate communication between teams.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Assist in building dashboards, status updates, and progress reports for leadership.
  • Special Projects: Contribute to strategic initiatives identified by the CEO's office, such as go-to-market projects or internal process improvements.
  • Process Support: Identify inefficiencies and suggest ways to improve internal operations and workflows.
  • Learning & Exposure: Gain experience in preparing presentations, business reviews, and updates for leadership and investors.
