Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct diagnostic tests using specialized equipment.

· Analyze data from tests to identify mechanical and electrical issues.

· Interpret diagnostic codes and recommend repairs.

· Collaborate with mechanics and service advisors to communicate findings.

· Stay updated on automotive technology and repair techniques.

Skills Required & Certifications:

· Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software.

· Strong problem-solving abilities.

· Knowledge of automotive systems and components.

· Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.

· 10-15 years in the Electrical Domain

· A. OEM Certified : BMW ISTA I Mercedes XENTRY I Porsche PIWIS I Audi ODIS I JLR Pathfinder I Ferrari Diagnosis I Lamborghini LARAS

· B. EV Experience : High Voltage Safety, BMS, Hybrid Platforms

· C. ECU Programming, OTA Updates, ADAS Calibration

· D. Bosch KTS I Autel MaxiSys I ProPad 9 I Pathfinder I VCDS & more

Preferred Add-Ons:

Exposure to AI-powered Diagnostic tools

Understanding of cloud-based service software

Knowledge of Cybersecurity protocols in ECU Communication

Certifications like EV Tech Level 2/3, IMI Certified, or ARAI-approved courses.

Work Environment:

· Typically employed in auto repair shops, dealerships, or service centers.

· May involve working with various vehicle types and brands.

This role is essential for ensuring that vehicles operate safely and efficiently, contributing to overall customer satisfaction in the automotive service industry.
