Check all plant weighing Scale Calibration and Pelt from condition.

Check all plant bag filter purging system and timer.

Attend related instrumentation breakdown in shift.

Check all instrument and instrument parameter.

Check all plant Pneumatic valve and SOV.

Check all plant temp. Sensor.



7



Carried out all Pr. GAUGE, Temp. Controller, temp. Sensor and Pr. Transmitter Calibration as per schedule.

Cleaning all panel and time to time check all panel wire dressing.

Set the set point  of all HWG,HAG and steam generator per plant in charge

Check all plant Indication window annunciator alarm.

Check all plant metal detector Supply and working condition.

Repair Old indoor/ outdoor Camera and installed new camera.

Replace faulty loud speaker.

Check all plant door inter locking system as per requirement

New cabling work as per requirement different locations.

All weighing scale repair in house.

Check all plant PDS system installed in plant area.

Check all packing machine calibration on daily basics.

Check all plant Powder conveying system in every shift.

Change waring in control panel and SCADA Panel.

Clean all flow meter as per requirement.

Check G-9&10 Whing conveyor Pull cord Switch inter locking.

Logged all plant shift report.

Check all plant fire alarm once a week (MCP, Smoke  detector and Beam detector)

Check Hydrant Pump pr. Switch inter locking once a week.
