Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Core Dean based in Rajasthan. The Core Dean will oversee academic programs, manage faculty and administrative staff, and ensure the effective delivery of educational services. Duties will include developing and implementing curricular and extracurricular programs, spearheading faculty recruitment and development, and upholding academic standards. The Core Dean will foster a collaborative environment and work closely with other departments to achieve institutional goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in academic administration, faculty management, and program development
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and strategic planning abilities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven track record in curriculum development and educational innovation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Advanced degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field
- Experience in a similar role is beneficial
