We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Principal to lead our school community. The ideal candidate will be an inspiring instructional leader who is passionate about fostering academic excellence, equity and a positive school culture.

Key Responsibilities

Work Culture

a. Inculcating and contributing to a learners first culture by keeping the learners in mind in all the experiences that we create.

b. Developing the right mindset in all the support staff to act as enablers for all teaching related matters.

Parent Counselling & Marketing

a. Conceptualizing and implementing a detailed marketing plan for the school to meet the desired enrolment targets.

b. Attending to all enquiries for admission and other services.

c. Following up with all enquiries.

Coordination of events, field trips and after- school hour programs

a. Conceptualization and implementation of various events that the school conducts from time to time in coordination with teachers.

b. Handling logistics of Field Trips by coordinating transportation and conducting safety audit of the field trip location.

c. Curating the after school program and coordinating with the external agencies responsible for running the after- school hour program.

Being the front face of the school and managing communication

a. Being the go to person for any parent queries.

b. Working in coordination with the Head of School to handle admission inquiries.

Asset Management

a. Preparing and regularly updating the list of all assets present at the centre. This will include all fixed and moving items and the IT Infrastructure at the centre.

b. Defining and implementing a time- based inspection and a condition- based maintenance of assetswith the help of internal support team.

Procurement and Inventory Management

a. Establishing Procurement methods and ensuring process hygiene in procurement as per the guidelines.

b. Ensuring optimal inventory levels of all consumables and learning resources for smooth day- to- day running of the centre.

Safety and Security

a. Conducting regular audits for identifying unsafe conditions for children at the centre and ensuretheir timely resolution by working with external agencies/ internal team.

b. Coordinating with the security agency to ensure security at the campus.

Health and Hygiene

a. Ensuring cleanliness at the centre at all times to provide a safe environment for kids.

b. Defining and implementing cleaning schedules of all the areas of the centre.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills

  1. A demonstrated and genuine liking and appreciation for children and their capabilities.

  2. Relevant work experience (preferably in a primary school).

  3. Well versed with maintenance and procurement processes.

  4. Effective communication skills

  5. Proficient in documentation using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
