Job Title – Customer Support Executive (Fresher-Friendly)
Employment Type – Full-time
Work Mode – On-site
Location – Borivali, Mumbai.
Shift Timings – Day shifts.
Qualification & Skills
- Minimum education: Graduate in any stream (freshers welcome).
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of local language is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy; familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace is a plus.

- Strong communication skills in English (and local language is a plus).
- Positive, customer-first attitude with patience and empathy.
- Ability to understand and resolve basic customer queries confidently.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Google Workspace).
- Team player with good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Freshers welcome – no prior experience required, full training will be provided.
