About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer with 1–2 years of professional experience from Pune to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating user-friendly digital experiences and will work closely with our product, marketing, and development teams to design intuitive interfaces that delight users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into user-centered designs.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Ensure consistency of design standards across products and platforms.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Work on improving the overall user journey and enhancing product usability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of proven experience as a UX Designer (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, usability testing, and design systems.
  • Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be from Pune.
