Lead Marketing We are seeking an experienced and driven Lead Marketing Manager to oversee the planning, development, and execution of our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of driving brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue through innovative marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Leadership Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to ensure high performance. Oversee the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively. Brand & Campaign Management Define and strengthen the brand identity across all channels. Plan, execute, and analyze integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, offline). Conduct market research to identify opportunities and market trends. Digital Marketing Oversee SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email automation, and web analytics. Manage the company's digital presence to ensure optimal visibility and engagement. Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI. Product & Growth Marketing Collaborate with product and sales teams to support product launches and GTM strategies. Drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing initiatives. Identify and test growth opportunities using data-driven insights. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Creative, Operations) to ensure alignment. Present marketing performance, forecasts, and insights to senior leadership. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus. 5–8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven track record in leading successful marketing campaigns and driving measurable growth. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Creative, analytical, and highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
