You're a full stack developer who understands that technology should amplify human connection, not replace it. You've built conversational interfaces that feel natural, not robotic. You know that multi-agent architectures aren't just technical challenges - they're the key to creating AI that adapts to how individual minds actually work.

Essential Experience

Technical Foundations

• 5+ years full stack development
  with production systems serving thousands of users
• Conversational AI expertise
• You've built chatbots that people actually want to talk to, using frameworks like Rasa, Dialogflow, or custom NLU implementations
• Multi-agent system architecture
• Experience orchestrating multiple AI agents working in concert (LangChain, AutoGen, or similar frameworks)
• xAPI/Learning Record Store implementation
• You understand how learning data flows and have implemented Tin Can API/xAPI in real learning environments
• Blockchain integration
• Practical experience with smart contracts and decentralised systems for credentialing or data integrity (Ethereum, Hyperledger, or similar)

Core Technical Skills

• Backend:
  for AI orchestration, microservices architecture
• Frontend:
  with real-time communication (WebSockets, Server-Sent Events)
• AI/ML Integration:
  Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source LLMs via APIs
• Databases:
  PostgreSQL/MongoDB plus vector databases for semantic search
• Cloud Infrastructure:
  AWS/Azure/GCP with containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes)
• API Design:
  RESTful and GraphQL APIs that scale

The Technical Challenge

According to Bloom's 2 Sigma Problem (1984), one-on-one tutoring produces learning outcomes two standard deviations better than conventional group instruction. Your code will scale that personalised attention through AI that genuinely understands individual learning patterns.

The multi-agent framework you'll build needs to:

• Process natural language with context awareness across extended learning journeys
• Maintain learner state and progress through distributed systems
• Integrate with enterprise learning ecosystems via xAPI
• Create verifiable, portable credentials using blockchain
• Adapt in real-time based on engagement patterns and learning velocity

Why This Matters

Immordino-Yang's research on emotions and learning shows the brain networks involved in academic learning overlap with those processing social and emotional information. Gardner's Multiple Intelligences framework demonstrated intelligence isn't singular. The SPARKS framework I'm developing identifies six types of uniquely human intelligence that AI can't replicate.
