Position Overview:

As an Anti-Money Laundering/Anti-Terrorist Financing Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with AML/AFT regulations within the Credit Card Operations department. Reporting to the Supervisor, you will conduct investigative and assessment activities, working on reports and verifying information to identify and mitigate risks associated with money laundering and terrorist financing. This role offers a solid foundation for a career in Credit Card Operations, leveraging your experience in Risk Operations and/or Financial Services.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in AML operations or related fields.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of AML/AFT legislation and regulatory requirements, including the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong keyboarding skills and working knowledge of PCs.
  • Ability to work efficiently within time constraints and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
