Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced
Full Stack Developer
with expertise in
Java (Spring Boot)
and

to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality, scalable web applications and delivering end-to-end solutions in a collaborative and agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using
    React
    (frontend) and
    Spring Boot
    (backend).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to gather and understand requirements.
  • Design and implement
    RESTful APIs
    and integrate third-party services where required.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
  • Participate in
    code reviews
    , share knowledge, and mentor junior developers.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full technology stack.
  • Maintain high standards of software quality by following industry best practices and writing clean, well-documented code.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in full stack development.
  • Use version control systems like
    Git
    for collaboration and code management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science,
    Engineering
    , or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of professional experience in
    full stack development
    .
  • Strong hands-on experience with:

Java, Spring Boot

JavaScript, HTML, CSS

  • Solid understanding of
    REST API
    design and implementation.
  • Experience with
    relational databases
    (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
  • Familiarity with
    NoSQL databases
    (e.g., MongoDB) is a plus.
  • Good understanding of version control systems such as
    Git
    .
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred/Good to Have

  • Exposure to
    cloud platforms
    such as AWS or Azure.
  • Familiarity with
    microservices architecture
    .
  • Experience working in an
    Agile/Scrum
    environment.
