Mode: Work from Office

Shift: 5 Days Working (Night Rotational Shifts) & 2 Rotational Weeksoffs

Salary: 3 LPA - fresher - 17 k + 2k attendance bonus

6 months 18 months of Experience - 3.4 LPA - 20k fixed + 2k Attendance bonus

Above 18 months of Experience - 4 LPA - 25 K + 2k attendance Bonus

Key Requirements & Responsibilities:

Minimum Education: Under grads /Any Grad

Key Skills: Excellent communication, adaptability, and basic computer skills.

Handle inquiries and resolve issues from international clients via phone, email, and chat.

Maintain professional and empathetic communication across different time zones and cultural contexts.

Provide accurate product, service & policy information.

Use CRM tools effectively.

Fluent English communication (Voice/Chat) is essential.
