We at Oworks Marketing Tech Pvt Ltd are looking for a talented and driven Motion Graphics Designer to join our creative team. If you're passionate about storytelling, design, and AI-driven video content, this role is your chance to make an impact.

What You'll Do

  • Design and produce engaging motion graphic videos for diverse campaigns.
  • Edit both long-format content (documentaries, brand films) and short-format content (social media reels, ads).
  • Collaborate with the videography team to enhance shot compositions and storytelling.
  • Leverage AI platforms (ChatGPT, Runway, Gemini, Google Veo, etc.) to create cutting-edge video experiences.
  • Participate actively in ideation and brainstorming sessions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience:
    1–2 years, preferably in a creative/marketing agency.
  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.

Software Skills:

  • Premiere Pro (must-have)
  • After Effects (basic knowledge)
  • Canva adaptability
  • Photoshop & Illustrator

Video Skills:

Strong editing skills across formats (reels, ads, documentaries). Videography skills are an added advantage.

AI Knowledge:

Understanding of AI-driven creative platforms to enhance workflow and content quality.

Creative Skills:

Strong storytelling, conceptualization, and problem-solving.

Team Skills:

Positive attitude, willingness to collaborate, and ability to contribute fresh ideas.

Extra Plus:
Knowledge of sound design, typography, and social media content trends.
