About the Role: Housekeeping Associate

Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Summary:

We're seeking a reliable and meticulous Housekeeping Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure all assigned areas are clean, sanitized, and organized to meet our high standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform various cleaning activities (sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, polishing)

• Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and furniture

• Clean and restock restrooms and bathrooms

• Make beds, change linens, and replenish supplies

• Empty and dispose of trash, waste, and recycling materials

• Manage housekeeping cart and supplies

• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or property damage

• Handle guest requests with professionalism and patience

• Follow health and safety regulations

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper (beneficial but not required)

• Ability to work independently and maintain high performance

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Excellent attention to detail and high cleanliness standards

• Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods

• Trustworthy and honest demeanor

• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemical products

Vacancy: 3 positions (Male/Female)

Salary Package: ₹1,68,000 - ₹2,40,000 per annum

• Overnight Shift (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Required)
