A primary teacher plays a vital role in shaping young minds and laying the foundation for future learning. Here are the key responsibilities and requirements for a primary teacher position:

Responsibilities:

• Lesson Planning: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs and meet curriculum standards.

• Teaching: Deliver interactive and age-appropriate instruction to students, using various teaching methods.

• Assessment: Evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain records of student performance.

• Classroom Management: Create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment, managing classroom behavior and discipline.

• Communication: Effectively communicate with parents, guardians, and colleagues regarding student progress and concerns.

• Professional Development: Participate in professional development activities, collaborating with colleagues to enhance teaching practices.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or teaching certification.

• Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong classroom management and organizational skills.

• Ability to adapt to diverse learning needs and situations.

• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with children.

• Experience: Prior teaching experience or student teaching practicum.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹6, ₹9,000.00 per month
