Role DescriptionAs a Data Analytics (Healthcare) at TwoSD, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping insights from U.S. healthcare claims data. You will work with multi-disciplinary teams to uncover patient trends, inform business strategies, and support healthcare innovation through analytics. Your deep domain expertise will help guide clients through complex claims datasets and unlock data-driven decisions that matter.

Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze U.S. healthcare claims data to interpret patient journeys, treatment lines, adherence, and business sources. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to define analytics goals and deliver strategic insights. Write efficient SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze complex datasets.

Build and maintain robust dashboards, reports, and models using Microsoft Excel. Translate analytical findings into business-ready presentations and actionable recommendations.Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all analytics workflows and deliverables. Work closely with consultants, developers, and client partners to drive seamless project execution.

What You BringDomain ExpertiseDeep understanding of the U.S. healthcare ecosystem, including interactions among patients, payers, providers, and HCPs. Experience with claims-based analytics, longitudinal patient journeys, source of business, and compliance metrics.

Technical SkillsStrong command of SQL for querying large databases and conducting detailed data transformations. Proficiency in Excel with advanced functions, pivot tables, and modeling capabilities. Bonus: Experience with Python (e.g., clustering, regression, survival models) and/or familiarity with RWE in U.S., EU, or Japan.

Consulting & CommunicationAbility to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience working cross-functionally to meet business goals and deliver value-driven outcomes.Strong written and verbal communication skills. Required Experience3 years in a consulting, analytics, or healthcare strategy role focused on U.S. claims data.
