This position reports to the
Engineering Manager
and is part of the
Food & Beverage Systems Engineering function
located in
Pune, India
and will be an on-site role.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

• Work in a multi-tasking, multi-national environment to Preparation of Technical Operation and Maintenance Manual for Food and Beverage Filtration Systems
• Ensure the right Technical inputs are included in Operation & Maintenance Manual which will be submitted to customer by coordinating with Technical Project lead.
• Work in multi-language environment, by coordinating with Language translator suppliers for O&M translation in different languages as per customer requirements
• Make Technical documentation is delivered to customer in accordance to specification.
• Ensuring the documents are printed as per guidelines by Printing supplier.
• Support to Project manager and SAP WBS set-up
• Support as Document Controller

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

• B.E/B.Tech (Food & Beverage or Mechanical or Chemical Engineering).
• 3-4 years of experience technical writing in Food & Beverage, Pharma or relevant industry
• Use of MS Office tools, Word, Excel, PDF, Powerpoint etc.
• Knowledge of SAP MM module
• Knowledge using Autodesk Vault or similar document management system.
• Ability to communicate effectively on complex technical / engineering information with internal stake holders, vendors and customers.
• Good communication in English.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements

• Willingness to travel globally – 5-10%

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience of working as Document controller in Engineering Consultancy firm
