5 to 10 Years

Must Have Skills :

  • 7+ years overall IT experience with 5+ years of vast experience working with SCCM tool including associated infrastructure at a large scale.

  • 6-8 years of experience in Application Packaging using Install Shield AdminStudio

  • Package applications for Windows 11 and remediate the non-compatible applications.

  • Remediate SCCM issues related to patching, packaging and infrastructure level

  • Engage Application Owner/Developer/Vendor to assist with technical configuration when necessary.

  • Stage deployments to the target audience using SCCM/Intune.

Good to Have Skills :

  • Create change requests in change management system when applicable.

  • Provide L3 level support on package functionality or deployment issues in production.

  • Engage with project teams as needed to provide technical implementation support with our tools such as SCCM and/or InTune.

  • Knowledge of Automation/scripting using PowerShell/VBScript.

  • Knowledge of creating Intune Win32 and LOB app packaging.

  • Knowledge of creating Mac packages.

  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, Antivirus software, VMware, Virtual Desktop environments.

  • Knowledge on MSIX an advantage

  • In-depth knowledge of WSUS, SCCM and Microsoft Intune (Autopilot, CSP, Enrollment Profile, Application management, BYOD etc.)

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Analysis of business requirements and technical architectures design following best practices in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and technology specialists.

  • Proposal of technical solutions to build scalable solutions and pragmatic view on reducing technical debt.

  • Implementation of the technical solution (or supervision of these activities when outsourced)

  • Realization of required corrections, execution of the required changes into production and early life support of the projects related to the specific technologies.

  • Contribute to the Incident and Service Request management processes, as level 3 expert

  • Management of Problem, Event, Asset, Capacity, Availability operational processes related to the specific technologies (or contribution to these processes when outsourced)

  • Define, document, and contribute to daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly "housekeeping" activities (or supervise when outsourced)
