Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for a Non-Motor Underwriting Executive. The executive will be responsible for assessing and processing non-motor insurance applications, analyzing risk, determining coverage amounts, and underwriting policies. They will collaborate with clients to gather necessary information, evaluate insurance needs, and provide expert recommendations. The role also involves monitoring policy renewals and adjustments to ensure ongoing coverage adequacy.
Qualifications
- Understanding of risk analysis, policy assessment, and underwriting
- Familiarity with non-motor insurance products and industry-specific insurance
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and make informed judgments
- Proficiency with relevant software and tools
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in the insurance industry, particularly in non-motor underwriting
