Major Job Responsibilities:

- Assist in organizing workshops and making engineering strategy.

- Support for implementation, tracking and reporting of defined strategy.

- Prepare reports for evaluation of engineering goals and defined targets.

- Drive the 5S principles, HSE, compliance and engineering excellence topics in the department.

- Drive, track and report the CIP and cost reduction topics in the department.

- Drive initiatives for high performance and innovation culture.

- Improve Engineering process efficiency and facilitate efficient resource allocation

- Standardize best practices across engineering teams within department.

- Support competence management topics in department.

Job Title / Designation: Engineer / Executive (Engineering Excellence)

Location: AhmP, Sanand, Ahmedabad

Essential Educational Qualification: B.E. - Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics

No. of years of Experience required: 2 to 5 years (at least 3 yrs of relevant experience for executive position)

Knowledge / Specialization / Experience / Expertise required in the areas like:

1. Data analytics tools like MS Excel & Power BI.
2. Experience with organizing workshop, driving topics for decision making.
3. Good English communication and presentation skills.
4. Project management skills (planning, organizing, drive and reporting etc.

Advantage with

1. Experience in engineering / R&D department.
2. Knowledge of Hydraulic product
