Key Responsibilities:Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and experienced SQL Server BI Platform Administrator to manage and maintain our Microsoft SQL Server environment including SSIS Integration Services SSAS Analysis Services and MDX cube development and administrationThe ideal candidate will ensure high availability performance and security of databases and BI solutions while supporting data integration and analytical reporting needs across the organizationKey ResponsibilitiesSQL Server AdministrationInstall configure and maintain SQL Server instances 2016 and aboveMonitor database performance implement tuning and optimization strategiesManage backups restores disaster recovery and high availability AlwaysOn clustering replicationImplement and maintain security best practices roles permissions encryptionPerform regular health checks and capacity planningSSIS AdministrationDevelop deploy and manage SSIS packages for ETL processesMonitor and troubleshoot SSIS jobs and data pipelinesOptimize data flows and ensure data quality and consistencySchedule and automate data integration tasks using SQL Server Agent or other toolsSSAS MDX Cubes AdministrationDesign deploy and maintain SSAS OLAP and Tabular modelsWrite and optimize MDX queries for reporting and analysisManage cube processing partitioning and performance tuningCollaborate with BI developers and analysts to support reporting tools egPower BI ExcelRequired SkillsStrong experience with Microsoft SQL Server Hands on expertise in SSIS and SSAS Multidimensional and TabularProficiency in MDX and DAX query languagesSolid understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modelingExperience with monitoring tools and performance tuning techniquesFamiliarity with Power BI Azure Data Services or other cloud platforms is a plusExcellent problem solving communication and documentation skillsPreferred SkillsMicrosoft Certified Azure Data Engineer AssociateMicrosoft Certified Data Analyst AssociateMCSA SQL Server or equivalent legacyPreferred Skills:Technology->Business Intelligence - Analytics->MSBI (SSAS)
