About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Draftsman with proven Gulf experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed civil and architectural drawings, ensuring accuracy, compliance with codes, and coordination with engineers and architects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise civil and architectural shop drawings, plans, sections, and details.
• Interpret and convert sketches, concepts, and design briefs into precise CAD drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure drawing accuracy.
• Maintain and update drawing records, files, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Assist in preparing as-built drawings and project documentation.
• Work closely with site teams for design clarifications and technical support.

Requirements

• Diploma / ITI in Civil Drafting or relevant qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of drafting experience in the Gulf region.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other drafting tools.
• Good knowledge of civil and architectural detailing.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and site coordination.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in mixed-use, commercial, or residential building projects.
• Knowledge of 3D modeling software such as Revit (an advantage).
• Familiarity with Gulf municipal and authority drawing standards.
