2. Hygiene & Cleanliness

  • Maintain treatment room hygiene and sanitization after every service.
  • Follow all safety, cleanliness, and health SOPs.
  • Ensure spa areas are well-organized and stocked.

KPI: 100% hygiene compliance, Zero guest complaints

3. Revenue & Productivity

  • Achieve monthly revenue and productivity targets.
  • Maximize treatment room utilization.
  • Support team in achieving overall spa revenue goals.

KPI: Revenue target achievement %, Room utilization rate

4. Grooming & Professional Conduct

  • Maintain professional appearance, punctuality, and discipline.
  • Deliver courteous and consistent service to all guests.
  • Exhibit teamwork and a positive attitude.

KPI: Grooming compliance, Attendance, Manager feedback

5. Training & Reporting

  • Attend all training sessions and implement new techniques.
  • Maintain treatment logs and product usage records accurately.
  • Assist in inventory management and monthly reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
