We are looking for a skilled Senior Principal Clinical Programmer with 10-18 years of experience to join our team at Syneos Health, a leading player in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical programming and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive clinical trial protocols and study designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful study execution.
  • Design and develop complex statistical analysis plans and data visualizations.
  • Provide expert guidance on clinical programming best practices and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Mentor junior programmers and provide training and support as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of clinical trial design, protocol development, and statistical analysis.
  • Experience with clinical systems, including electronic data capture and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
