Job Description:

We are looking for young and dynamic MBBS graduates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle and coordinate clinical projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment, ensuring smooth execution of clinical operations and coordination with various departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor ongoing clinical projects.
  • Communicate effectively with team.
  • Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with protocols.
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to clinical planning and development activities.
  • Support quality and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • MBBS qualification (Freshers or up to 1 year of experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a clinical management role.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Chennai.
  • Ready to travel across India
