Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Refractory Specialist, based on-site in Bhubaneswar. The Refractory Specialist will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and inspection of refractory materials used in high-temperature industrial processes. Daily tasks include monitoring refractory conditions, conducting repairs, and implementing preventative maintenance to ensure operational efficiency and safety. The role also involves collaboration with engineering teams to optimize refractory solutions for specific applications.

Qualifications

• Experience in refractory installation, maintenance, and inspection
• Knowledge of high-temperature industrial processes and materials
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Attention to detail and a commitment to safety
• Relevant technical or vocational training; a degree in engineering or a related field is a plus
• Previous experience in the mining and metals industry is highly desirable
