**Position Summary**
This role is an exciting opportunity to lead manufacturing and quality operations at external supply sites in India. You will ensure products are manufactured and supplied in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and GSK's Quality Management System (QMS). Collaboration with contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs) and cross-functional teams is key to success. We value candidates who are proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure compliance with GSK's QMS and regulatory requirements at external supply sites.
- Conduct gap analyses for GMP and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) compliance and oversee corrective actions.
- Monitor product quality, resolve quality-related issues, and ensure timely product release.
- Support CMOs in continuous quality improvement and audit readiness.
- Drive product lifecycle management, including tech transfers and process validations.
- Provide training on GMP and quality standards to site teams.

**Qualifications/Skills**

**Basic:**
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in quality assurance or manufacturing within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, QMS, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- On-site role based in India.

**Preferred:**
- Experience with aseptic manufacturing and sterile dosage forms.
- Knowledge of microbiological testing and environmental monitoring.
- Proven ability to manage audits and implement corrective actions.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
