About the Role

We're looking for a
Media Intern

to join our growing team in
Bengaluru

. This is a hands-on, on-site role for someone who's curious, organized, and excited to work across video production, shoots, research, and publishing workflows.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in video shoot coordination: setting up gear, managing logistics, handling BTS content
  • Support script formatting, content planning, and pre-production research
  • Help organize footage, manage basic file transfers, and maintain shoot documentation
  • Take notes during interviews/events and support post-production workflows
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure assets are delivered on time and in the right format
  • Monitor trends and share content ideas that align with our editorial tone

What We're Looking For

  • Strong interest in business, storytelling, startups, or digital media
  • Basic knowledge of how shoots work (camera, audio, lighting — training will be provided)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace/ Zoho Workplace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
  • Bonus: Familiarity with social platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn) and video formats
  • Most importantly: a willingness to learn, adapt, and hustle on the ground
