Location

Hyderabad / Ahmedabad (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and business insights.
  • Develop and optimize data pipelines using Python, SQL, Hive, or Spark.
  • Create and manage dashboards and reports in Looker (required) and Power BI (good to have).
  • Conduct A/B test experimentation to evaluate business or product changes.
  • Apply statistical methods and machine-learning concepts to support decision-making.
  • Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts/data scientists.

Required Skills

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis or data science.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
  • Experience with distributed data technologies (Hive, Spark).
  • Strong understanding of Statistics and Machine Learning fundamentals.
  • Proven experience with Looker reporting (mandatory).
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and experimental design.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
