Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhilai for a Coal and Water Analyst. The Coal and Water Analyst will be responsible for analyzing coal samples for quality and properties, testing water samples for compliance with environmental standards, and maintaining accurate records of analysis results. Other responsibilities include monitoring plant operations to ensure optimal coal and water usage, preparing reports, and assisting with regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for coal and water sample analysis
- Experience with laboratory equipment and testing procedures
- Ability to interpret and analyze data effectively
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using computer software for data recording and report generation
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar role in the power plant industry is a plus
