We Are Hiring: Logistics Manager


Location
: Lower Parel West, Mumbai, Maharashtra


Reporting to
: Founder / CEO

Are you an experienced logistics professional passionate about international trade, export-import operations, and process optimization? Join our growing team and play a key role in managing the end-to-end logistics of global shipments.

Key Responsibilities
:

  • Prepare Export Invoices using Excel & Visual Gems
  • Manage complete Pre-shipment Documentation
  • Coordinate with banks, customs, and buyers to ensure timely deliveries
  • Communicate with factories for dispatch of shipments
  • Collaborate with CHA for Import shipment clearances
  • Follow up with clearing agents & forwarders for imports
  • Handle inward & outward remittance documentation
  • Procure and manage EPCG Licenses and ensure obligation completion
  • Propose cost-effective shipping and courier solutions
  • Manage export documentation and booking of DHL shipments
  • Handle registrations (e.g., MEIS License) and Textile Committee renewals
  • Ensure timely generation of BRCs and compliance with customs regulations
  • Maintain records of outstanding invoices and solve shipment-related queries at Nhava Sheva/Sahar Customs
  • Ensure adherence to forex regulations and DGFT compliance

What We Are Looking For
:

Any Graduate

8+ years of relevant experience in Import-Export houses

Working knowledge of ERP systems

Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)

Strong communication skills

Bonus Points for Experience In
:

EPCG license management

ROSCTL processes and benefits

Coordination with multiple stakeholders (banks, factories, customs officials)
