You are responsible for:

1.    SCM E2E Operations:

•    Support end-to-end supply chain management operations from the back office.

•    Assist in implementing and monitoring supply chain strategies.

•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

2.    Export Document Management:

•    Prepare, verify, and submit export documentation.

•    Ensure compliance with international trade regulations.

•    Coordinate with logistics and customs teams.

3.    KPI Metrics:

•    Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs).

•    Generate regular reports and provide insights for improvement.

•    Identify trends and areas for enhancement.

4.    Administrative Support:

•    Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.

•    Assist in departmental activities and communications.

•    Handle general office tasks.

5.    Customer Service:

•    Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

•    Maintain records of customer interactions.

•    Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
