SAP MM - IS Retail ConsultantExperience: 7 YearsLocation: Hyderabad/Ahmedabad SAP Functional Skills: Minimum of 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations Cross Functional knowledge in ERP and legacy systems Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Knowledge of working in cross cultural environment spread across different time zones. Hands-on experience with IS-Retail-specific processes like article master, site master, merchandise categories, and listing. Knowledge on the advanced topics of S4 HANAGood to have knowledge of

Best Practices, SAP Activate and SAP RoadmapGood to have exposure to SAP HANA S4 Cloud options (Public vs Private)Should have involved in business process design, analyze requirements and arrive at functional solution for to be business process

Design, configure, develop and implement SAP functional modules

Design functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, workflow and forms

Modify, test and implement SAP application software

Responsible for translating the business challenges of our customers into IT requirements based on SAP's latest technologies

Good understanding of procurement processes in strategic sourcing, operational procurement, category management, supplier management, etc.Candidates should have process knowledge on:Contract ManagementTransaction SourcingSupplier collaboration/engagement

Strategic SourcingPlanning & Management of LogisticsWarehouse ManagementInventory ManagementConfiguration and Mapping of various documents in the above areas

Project Specific Requirements:With knowledge on IS Retail/FMS solution (Any retail AMS or implementation experience is a plus)The resource should have good communication skills, problem solving mindset and should be attentive to detail.Knowledge on Store/POS Sales, ECom sales, Replenishment, Retail Master Data, Store Operations, Inventory Management Middleware Integrations is needed.
