What you'll be doing:As a Product Owner, you will be driving delivery against product vision and strategy. working with Engineering peers and business stakeholders to prioritize scrum backlogs and delivery of features that will create value for customers and deliver on business goals.
TECH PROFILE/ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Extensive experience as a product manager/owner.
- Consistent record of delivering sophisticated products from start to finish (Product specification, UI/UX design, MVP definition & delivery, go to market planning and iterative improvements).
- A good understanding of the technical aspects of delivering web-based products.
- Proven experience in driving early design concepts and partnering with UX and UI experts to ship stunning user-centric products.
- Demonstrable experience in leading complex dependencies across many partners.
- Candidates with limited financial services experience are encouraged to apply. We are looking for individuals that have shipped leading products.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary product teams.
- Experience in working within an agile delivery methodology and playing a pivotal role in all associated ceremonies
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and creative thinking skills.
- Proactive and a willingness to take ownership and think beyond a specific task.
- A desire to work in a fast-paced environment with varied responsibilities.
- Proven experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Ability to rely on previous experience to influence strategic directions and guide decisions.
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Web analytics, Performance/growth marketing proven experience
- Passionate about UX and web applications.
EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
- BE/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or STEM degree (Desirable).
- Solid English reading/writing capability required.
- Good communication & articulation skills.
- Curious about new technologies and tools, creative thinking and initiative taking.
- Agile related certifications preferable.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working with the business to lead product conceptualisation in collaboration with end users, sales, marketing, customer success, risk, legal and senior leadership.
- Communicating progress, key decisions, compromises, and constraints to a wide range of partners. Rationalising key decisions, gaining consensus-in, and establishing relationships.
- Communicating the product vision and requirements to the Scrum team and partners
- Writing product requirements as well as epic and user stories when needed.
- Prioritising the product backlog, making decisions around 'releasability', and advising the Scrum team on the direction of travel.
- Being available to Scrum team members for detailed discussions when needed.
- Being responsible for the user journey and user acceptance testing.
- Leading design processes by partnering with designers and artists.
- Performing market and user research to ensure product-market fit.
- Collaborating with internal and external suppliers
- Supporting and driving internal approval, governance, and reporting processes.
- Feeling comfortable 'rolling up their sleeves' to be involved in different aspects of the product development process to ensure successful releases.
- Supporting the resolution of incidents affecting the production environment by making key decisions quickly.
- Performing demos, gathering feedback, and ensuring a short feedback loop between releases and new development.
- Collaborating with other LSEG Product owners to deliver integrated solutions.

Job Description: Product Lead – Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM)
Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management across LSEG Divisions:
- Act as the key point of contact between the Ops team, Infrastructure, Engineering, and SAM teams, ensuring alignment on product goals and timelines.
- Negotiate the scope of work, functional requirements, and technology priorities with internal and external stakeholders
3. Product Strategy & Roadmap Development:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap for the CIAM platform.
- Prioritize requirements in alignment with business goals, technical feasibility, and resource availability.
- Define, document, and communicate product strategies to key stakeholders and teams.
4. Workflow & Process Optimization:
- Design and implement optimal workflows to improve operational efficiency
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to drive better outcomes
5. Technical Oversight:
- Partner with the broader Technology team to ensure an enterprise wide and global solution is both designed and implemented.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in product management
- Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle with a track record of successfully managing end-to-end delivery and ongoing ownership
- Background in Engineering principles and ideally in the space of Customer Identity
- Experience in dealing directly with Customers and partnering with them to deliver value
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Ops, Engineering, and Business teams
- Experience in developing product roadmaps, prioritizing requirements, and driving execution.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize workflows and processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
