Project Overview:Palladium India is implementing projects with Hon. Balasaheb Thackeray Agribusiness & Rural Transformation Project, SMART where Palladium as Technical Support Agency (TSA) is providing handholding support for PIU- Village Social Transformation Foundation (VSTF) with an objective 'to support the development of inclusive and competitive agriculture value chains, focusing on smallholder farmers and Agri-entrepreneurs in Maharashtra' Job Summary: The State Level Senior Associate is a key support role responsible for coordinating programs, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the effective implementation of PIU- Village Social Transformation Foundation (VSTF).

The ideal candidate should have experience in supporting team, clients, programs and operations with a focus on driving efficiency and compliance in state projects. Key Roles & Responsibilities:Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of the initiatives. Support team in preparing reports, briefs, and presentations for senior officials and external stakeholders.

Serve as a liaison between state agencies, local governments, NGOs, and community partners. Organize meetings, workshops, and consultations to gather input and disseminate information. Support team in conducting research, analysing data, and other Ad-hoc activities.

Attend regular meetings with project staff to ensure smooth communication and problem-solving. Other related activities

Qualifications and Skills Required:Any Graduate3 years' experience as support staff

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to coordinate multiple activities and stakeholders at the State Level.Language:Hindi, English and MarathiWorking Conditions:Based at State office at Mumbai.Flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate field activities and meetings with stakeholders.Travel may be required as and when needed
