Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated HR Recruiters freshers or experienced to join our growing team in Jaipur. If you're passionate about talent acquisition and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, wed love to hear from you

Who Can Apply?

  • Freshers / Interns / Experienced candidates
  • Immediate joiners preferred
  • Candidates with strong communication skills
  • Must have hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Shine, Monster, etc.)

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and screening candidates using various job portals and social media platforms
  • Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communication
  • Understanding client requirements across IT and Non-IT domains
  • Maintaining and updating candidate databases
  • Conducting initial HR rounds and scheduling assessments

Eligibility Criteria

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using or other recruitment platforms
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and work on multiple job-roles cross various industries
  • Knowledge of recruitment life-cycle is a plus

Assessment Process

  • Candidates will be required to take 2 technical/aptitude assessments before the final interview round
