Fibernet technician-Helper

Role Overview

The Fibernet Technician Helper will support the senior technician in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Fibernet connections at customer locations. This role is ideal for freshers who are willing to learn and grow in the field of network and fiber operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians during Fibernet installation and service visits.
• Help in laying cables, fixing routers, and performing basic connection checks.
• Carry tools, equipment, and materials required for installation.
• Support in identifying and resolving minor connectivity issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas.
• Coordinate with customers politely during visits.
• Follow instructions from the senior technician and complete assigned tasks on time.
• Learn field operations, fiber handling, and basic troubleshooting.
• Report daily tasks and status updates to the team leader.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Fresher candidates can apply (ITI preferred).
• Basic understanding of wiring or network concepts is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in the field and travel for customer visits.
• Good communication and learning attitude.
• Physically fit to carry equipment and climb ladders if required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
