We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with 1–2 years of experience to manage daily accounting operations, purchase/sales entries, invoicing, and bank transactions. The candidate should be proficient in Tally, GST filings, MS Excel, and MS Word, with good communication skills for handling quotations and emails.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Tally entries for purchase, sales, and inventory.
  • Handle inward & outward entries efficiently.
  • Prepare and manage waybills and waybill generation.
  • Manage e-invoicing and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Record and reconcile bank entries.
  • Prepare quotations using MS Word/Excel.
  • Draft and manage emails for vendor and client communication.
  • GST filings is a must

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel & MS Word.
  • Familiarity with waybills, e-invoicing, purchase/sales entries, and bank entries.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
